RETURNS AND REFUNDS – AUREA COSMETICS

Right of Withdrawal

If you have changed your mind after placing an order on Aurea Cosmetics, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty within 14 days of receiving the goods, as provided for by art. 52 of the Consumer Code.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact our Customer Service at info@aureacosmetic.it, indicating your order code; one of our operators will assist you with the procedure.

Returns

If you need to return received goods, contact Customer Service at info@aureacosmetic.it, indicating your order code.

The Seller will verify the incident and the existence of the necessary conditions to initiate a return procedure.

Shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

The Seller offers the option of collecting the product via express courier directly at the address indicated by the Customer, at a cost of €5.00 for Italy, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refunds

The refund process is initiated by Customer Service as soon as the return is authorized and received.

The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are generally processed within:

• 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal communication

The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the products are received or proof of shipment is provided.

Specific conditions for cosmetic products

Given the nature of the products sold (cosmetics), for hygiene and health reasons:

• it is not possible to return opened or used products
