The Customer is invited to carefully read these conditions before making a purchase.

2. Commercial policy – Scope of application

2.1 The Seller offers its products to the final consumer (B2C) and reserves the right not to accept orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.

2.2 These Conditions exclusively govern the relationship between Customer and Seller.

2.3 In case of a technical error or a clearly incorrect price, the order may be cancelled and refunded within 14 days.

2.4 The Seller reserves the right to verify the correctness of orders, particularly in the case of using promotions or discount codes.

2.5 The Conditions can be consulted at any time on the Site.

3. Conclusion of the contract

3.1 The Customer must fill out the online order form, entering correct data.

3.2 The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered.

3.3 The contract is considered concluded upon receipt of the order by the Seller.

3.4 The Customer fully accepts these Conditions at the time of purchase.

3.5 The order form is archived in the Seller's systems according to legal terms.

3.6 Prices may be subject to change.

3.7 The Seller may refuse incomplete or suspicious orders.

3.8 In case of unavailability of products, the Customer will be informed and refunded.

4. Order Cancellation

4.1 Without prejudice to the provisions on withdrawal, it is possible to cancel orders not yet processed (e.g., in processing or awaiting payment) by contacting Customer Service at info@aureacosmetic.it.

4.2 It is not possible to cancel an order once the shipping process has begun.

4.3 If payment has already been made, the Customer must contact Customer Service to initiate the refund procedure.

5. Guarantees and after-sales assistance

5.1 The products offered on the Site are cosmetics that comply with the quality and safety standards required by current legislation.

5.2 The Seller does not sell products of lower quality than market standards.

5.3 The essential characteristics of the products are indicated in the respective product sheets on the Site. Images may not be perfectly representative due to the settings of the device used.

5.4 In case of discrepancies between the online description and the product label, the label on the packaging will prevail.

5.5 Upon delivery, the Customer is required to verify:

that the number of packages corresponds
that the packaging is intact

The Customer must:

sign with reservation
report any damage
photograph the package

5.6 Once the delivery is signed without reservation, it will not be possible to dispute visible damage.

5.7 The Seller is responsible for conformity defects within 2 years of delivery.

5.8 The request for assistance must be sent within 60 days of discovering the defect.

5.9 The Seller may proceed with replacement or refund.

5.10 Not covered by warranty:

damage caused by improper use
incorrect storage

6. Payments

6.1 The Seller accepts payments in Euro.

6.2 Accepted methods:

Credit/debit card
Cash on delivery (+ €5.00)

6.3 In case of card payment, data is not managed directly by the Seller but by secure platforms.

6.4 Cash on delivery incurs an additional cost of €5.00.

7. Shipping and delivery

7.1 The Seller ships exclusively within Italy via express courier.

7.2 Delivery times:

7.3 The Seller reserves a maximum period of 30 days, however.

7.4 Costs:

free over €50
cash on delivery +€5

7.5 Costs include VAT.

7.6 The Customer must verify integrity and report anomalies.

7.7 Delivery takes place at street level.

8. Right of withdrawal

8.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons.

8.2 The request must be sent to info@aureacosmetic.it.

8.3 After the request, the Customer will receive instructions for return.

8.4 The product must be returned within 14 days.

8.5 The product must be:

intact
unopened
in its original packaging

8.6 For hygienic reasons:
👉 return of opened cosmetic products is not possible

8.7 The refund includes the product price, excluding any extra costs.

8.8 Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

8.9 The Seller may withhold the refund until the product is received.

9. Returns

9.1 Returns are only possible with prior authorization.

9.2 The Customer will receive instructions via email.

9.3 The return must be shipped to:

9.5 The following will not be accepted:

cash on delivery packages
unauthorized returns

10. Refund times and methods
